                                                TIPS FOR HAPPY LIFE

INTRODUCTION:

  DEAR GUYS!

Today we have lost the joy in our life and are living everyday life. First we know the meaning for happy. Happy describes a feeling of joy, delight, or glee. It also describes something that is related to or shows joy. Happy can describe someone being willing to do something or be helpful. Happy is used in many expressions that wish good tidings to another person.

“Happy” is a little more helpful: “Feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.” That's better! So, happiness is the state of feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.

Synonyms for Happy:

cheerful.

delighted.

ecstatic.

elated.

enraptured.

exultant.

gleefu

Some common synonyms of happy are fortunate, lucky, and providential. While all these words mean "meeting with unforeseen success," happy combines the implications of lucky and fortunate with stress on being blessed. Where would fortunate be a reasonable alternative to happy? Typically, happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment. While happiness has many different definitions, it is often described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction.True happiness is a feeling. It is an immersive feeling that everything is good inside. It is not just about riches or wealth; it is a state of mind in which one has a fulfilling and satisfying feeling that his heart is truly at rest. Happiness is more or less a fantasy of the mind.

Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile. It's the opposite of sadness. Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. joyous, joyful, blithe, cheerful, merry, contented, gay, blissful, satisfied. 3. favorable, propitious; successful, prosperous. What is a happy person ?

Happy people are warm, considerate, respectful, helpful, and pleasant to be around. They do not indulge in envy, jealousy, or gossip, nor do they waste time complaining. Use positive rather than negative language. Happy people focus on what has, is, and can work, rather than on what is problematic. Smile often. It's the feeling of truly enjoying your life, and the desire to make the very best of it. Happiness is the "secret sauce" that can help us be and do our best. Here's what researchers found when they studied happy people: Happy people are more successful. Feeling, showing, or causing pleasure or satisfaction: To tell the truth, I've never been happier in my whole life. Happy people have a realistic (not arrogant) faith in their abilities. As a result, they feel equipped to deal with life’s challenges.

The six observed behaviors positively associated with happiness in both studies were behaving in a cheerful manner, acting playful, smiling, being relaxed, high enthusiasm, and liking others present. Happy people have a “I bend but do not break” attitude. They look for ways around an obstacle rather than lamenting the obstacle. They may even see the obstacle as a stepping stone for growth and additional opportunities, accepting that sometimes we need to choose a different path. They know the wisdom in the saying, “Insanity is doing the same thing again and expecting different results.” Happy people can go with the flow and modify their behavior and choices as needed – they learn from their mistakes.Happy people are not cynical or sarcastic. They can laugh at their own foibles and the absurdities of life. They do not take things too seriously, knowing the value of lightening up.

Some special characters for happy people:

Happy people realize that without adequate shut-eye they compromise their outcome, energy level, cognition, physical health, and ability to deal with stress. Thus, they make sleep a priority, which for most people amounts to between seven and nine hours a night.

Happy people know the difference between wanting something and demanding it. In fact, they don’t expect a lot from life, as their focus is largely on what they can give. Ironically, as a result of this attitude, happy people often end up receiving quite a lot, as humble and helpful people usually attract a lot of goodwill.

Value quality over quantity when it comes to relationships. Communicate in deep and meaningful ways, rather than engaging in shallow conversation. Do not have a need to have thousands of “friends” on social media.

Communication is not a one-way street. Happy people take the time and exert the energy required to really pick up on what other people are telling them verbally and non-verbally. Happy people recognize the importance of hearing different perspectives on an issue and are willing to be influenced and to learn.

Happy people know who they are, are comfortable with themselves, and feel free to show their true selves to other people. They do not feign emotions, beliefs, or attitudes that aren’t consistent with their personal truths.

Happy people don’t keep their gratitude to themselves. They let others know how appreciative they are, with a quick note, thank you, hug, or pat on the back.

Happy people let go of the past, including their triumphs and mistakes. They realize that the only moment they can truly inhabit and do anything about is the present, so they don’t get caught in thoughts about the future, either

The smiles of happy people are authentic, including their eyes and body language.

Happy people are warm, considerate, respectful, helpful, and pleasant to be around. They do not indulge in envy, jealousy, or gossip, nor do they waste time complaining.

Live in present tense:

Living in the present means enjoying the moment and not worrying about the past or future. It can help to reduce anxiety and improve mental health

"Living in the present moment means letting go of the past and not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift."

Tips to help you be more present and live in the moment:

Explore breathing exercises. The breath is a powerful anchor to the present moment. ...

Reduce screen time. ...

Practice mindful movement. ...

Take up journaling. ...

Practice meditation. ...

Try a grounding technique. ...

Spend time in nature. .

Living in the present moment means no longer worrying about what happened in the past and not fearing what will happen in the future. It means enjoying what's happening now and living for today. Choosing to live in the past or the future not only robs you of enjoyment today, but it also robs you of truly living.

live for the day

live for today.

pluck the day.

seize the present day.

take no thought of the morrow.

Here are three strategies I use every day to stop overthinking and live in present:

*Positive reframing. This is often confused with “toxic positivity,” which asks people to think positively — no matter how difficult a situation is. ...

*Write down your thoughts once, then distract yourself for 24 hours. ...

*Practice 'specific gratitude

MIND KEEP POSITIVELY FOR HAPPY LIFE

INTRODUCTION:

           DEAR FRIENDS!

Life is short but just we will live happy till the life end. Health is not only present in body it also present in our mind. The mind is a complex set of faculties that allows a person to think, feel, perceive, imagine, remember, and will. It includes both conscious processes, which are when a person is aware of their surroundings, and unconscious processes, which can influence a person without them being aware.

ABOUT OUR MIND CONNECT WITH SURROUNDINGS:

The mind is studied by many fields, including psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, and philosophy. These fields use different methods to study the mind, such as empirical observation, neuroimaging, conceptual analysis, and thought experiments. The mind encompasses many phenomena, including perception, memory, thought, imagination, motivation, emotion, attention, learning, and consciousness. Perception is the process of interpreting and organizing sensory information to become acquainted with the environment.

The mind is a powerful tool that can shape our reality and influence our health, happiness and success. The mind is composed of our attention, our mental images, and our thoughts. Thoughts are energy that can affect reality, just like the wind, which is invisible but can be powerful, The mind can affect our body's functions and responses, such as blood pressure, pain perception, immune system, and healing. For example, people who believe that physical work counts as exercise live longer lives, independent of how much exercise they actually get. Likewise, people who shift to a positive mindset feel less pain and require fewer pain medications. The mind can influence our emotions and moods, such as joy, gratitude, optimism and resilience. For example, telling people that a milkshake they drank was 'indulgent' made them feel more full and satisfied. Similarly, expressing gratitude for what we have can increase our happiness and life satisfaction.

WHY MIND IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR POSITIVE LIFE:

 Use positive affirmations:

Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself to reinforce your beliefs and attitudes¹. Affirmations can help you change your negative thoughts, boost your confidence and motivate you to take action. For example, you can say to yourself "I am capable of achieving my goals" or "I am worthy of love and happiness".

 Meditate regularly:

Meditation is a practice of focusing your awareness on your breath, a mantra or an object in the present moment³. Meditation can help you calm your mind, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance your creativity and intuition and connect with your higher self. For example, you can meditate for 10 minutes every morning or evening by following a guided meditation.

Practice mindfulness:

Mindfulness is a state of being aware of your thoughts, feelings and sensations in the present moment without judgment. Mindfulness can help you become more conscious of your mind's patterns, detach from negative emotions, appreciate what you have and enjoy life more. For example, you can practice mindfulness by paying attention to your breath, your body sensations or your surroundings.

A NEUROLOGISTS LOOK MIND OR BRAIN:

For a long time, before we developed an appreciation of the neuro anatomy and neuro physiology of the brain, there was uncertainty as to the nature and source of the human mind. Philosophers linked the mind to mythical “humors” that controlled the human body, and others speculated that the mind was associated with “life-force” or soul. Few felt that there was a relation between the human mind and brain, but they had to wait for the Age of Enlightenment and scientific discovery in the 18th and 19th centuries to establish a clear association between the two. Three centuries ago Rene Descartes described the mind as an extra corporeal entity that was expressed through the pineal gland. Descartes was wrong about the pineal, but the debate he set off regarding the relationship between mind and brain rages on.

This review looks at the history of speculation on the mind and the development of ideas that have led to our present understanding of this phenomenon. The basic anatomy and physiology of the brain is reviewed to help us understand the brain's association with the complex function we call mind. Both behavioral levels of consciousness and the correlated patterns of electrical activity are related to the function of a part of the brainstem called the reticular formation. Electrical stimulation of the ascending reticular systems arouses a sleeping cat to alert consciousness and simultaneously activates its brain waves to the waking pattern.

Here are some ways to make your mind happy:

Exercise

Practice gratitude

Meditate

Challenge your brain

Breathe

Get enough sleep

Manage your stress levels

Have a healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy yourself.

Talk and share

Habits for Your Brain  build healthy:

Challenge your mind. Be curious!

Be smoke-free

Control your blood pressure

Manage diabetes.

Get moving. Engage in regular exercise

Eat right

In addition to exercise, scientists have found that enriched environments can contribute to the survival of old cells and the production of new ones. 11 In short, it is suggested that the more you exercise your brain, the more you can maintain. optimal brain function

I'm grateful for you.
I sincerely applaud you
I want to acknowledge how much you've done
I'm blown away by your kindness

Words cannot express how grateful I am for your help. You have no idea how much your help has meant to me. I am eternally grateful for your loving support.
