                               HAPPY LIFE


Dear friends !

                         Health is not present only in our body. It is also in our mind. If the mind is good, then we can get energy to heal our body by itself (natural).The health habits of the individuals and their behavior influence the development of chronic and fatal diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart diseases, cancer etc.,
In modern period peoples are addict in various ways.
Abuses occur in a variety of forms and are deeply rooted in cultural, social and economic practices.Are people leading healthier lives in today's modern world than their generations did in the past? For instance, smoking, drinkings, drugs,eating high fat and cholesterol rich diets, excessive intake of junk foods, reduced physical activity etc., are some of the risk factors for illness and early death.The role of behavior in health has been receiving increased attention in countries around the world.

Dear friends just follow my general tips for happy long life:

1. MORNING AWAKE BEFORE 4:00 am or 4:30 am.



2. AFTER AWAKED FROM YOUR BED (DON'T GET UP ) YOU DO AFFIRMATION
  FOR YOUR AIM IN YOUR LIFE.


3. MEDITATION FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.


4. MENTION THAT DAY WORK IN A PAPER OR NOTE BOOK.


5.JUST 15 MINUTES YOGA OR SIMPLE EXERCISE (ATLEAST
JUMP) FOR 15 MINUTES.

6.MORNING BATH (BEFORE 6:00 AM) IS VERY IMPORTANT
FOR AVOID LAZY IN THAT DAY.


7.THINK LESS (THOUGHT) THINK WHENEVER YOU NEED OTHER TIME BE
CALM YOUR MIND.


8. IF U KEEP YOUR MIND CALM (NO THOUGHT) MEANS AUTOMATICALLY YOU
     CAN RECEIVE COSMEIC ENERGY FROM UNIVERSE


9.COSMEIC ENERGY IS THE GREATEST ENERGY IN THIS EARTH BECAUSE THIS
ENERGY HAS MORE ABILITY TO SOLVE ALL PROBLEM IN BODY, MIND AND
LIFE


10. EVERYDAY GO TO BED BEFORE 9:00 PM (MINIMUM 7 HOURS SLEEP NEED TO OUR BODY AND MIND GET RECOVERY).
